Dr. Enoé Texier

Dr. Enoé Texier is an Anthropologist and Ph.D. in Social Sciences, a professor at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), the Regional Coordinator for the United Religions Initiative (URI) in Latin America and the Caribbean, and a researcher focused on the holistic paradigm of science. Enoé is a founding member of the Circle of Cooperation for Dialogue and since June 2000 the Coordinator of Father Luis Dolan at UCV, bringing together representatives of different spiritual traditions aiming to promote inter-religious and intercultural dialogue. In 1996 she was the co-founder of the Inter-American Council on Indian Spirituality (CISEI) in Mexico and was the council chair during the years 2007-2010. She is an international lecturer and facilitator of seminars, workshops, and conferences.  “Understanding Networks” (1999) is one of her most recognized publications amongst numerous others.

Her publications include: Creadores por Tradición (1983); Ímpetu Sagrado (1998); Redes de Comprensión (1999); Educar en Valores es Educar para la Paz (2000); Wilumá, Ecos de Sabiduría Estelar en Espiritualidad de los Pueblos Indígenas de América (2000); and Mitopoyesis y Experiencia Sagrada: aproximación a la sabiduría ancestral (2019). Among her articles published in specialized journals are: “Pensar, Sentir y Actuar la Paz” (2006); “Se hace Camino al Andar: Del Círculo de Viena 1929 al Grupo Hokkaido 2007” (2009); “Mitopoyesis y Sobrevivencia: Diálogo entre la Antropología y la Neurociencia” (2011); “Mitopoyesis y Experiencia Sagrada: Una mirada antropológica de la conciencia religiosa desde la tríada biología, cultura y sociedad” (2012); and “El Cerebro Humano y nuestras Redes de Comprensión” (2020).
